UCLA Mindful Morning Mindfulness

Join me as I lead the Earth Day Morning Mindfulness session Tuesday, April 22nd at 9am. UCLA Mindful offers drop-in’s every Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Each session is led by a UCLA Trained Mindfulness Facilitator (shout out to my friend Chris Carmena for teaching on April 16th!). All sessions are free to attend on Zoom.
