Meditation + Mindfulness Resources
Slowing down from years of overworking to prepare for my first cancer-related surgery, I was dropped into a delicious sense of presence. I realized only months later that the level of calm and collected I was feeling (hello, regulated nervous system!) was what people turn to mindfulness and meditation to cultivate. Meditation Apps: Insight Timer
Insight Timer — Follow me there! My meditations are launching soon. Although there is a paid tier where you can have access to exclusive content and courses, the majority of their library is free to use. A few teachers I enjoy are Selena Lael, Jennifer Piercy, Bhanu Harrison, Sonic Yogi, and Chris Collins.

Meditation Apps: Waking Up
From Dan Harris, the Waking Up app has a more curated selection of teachings than Insight Timer, thereby making it a little less overwhelming. 14 day trial, but a subscription is needed beyond that.
